VENUE, ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

Venue: Hotel Rantapuisto (Furuborginkatu 3, 00980 Helsinki)

The hotel is fully booked.

Participants who have purchased a meal package may choose budget accommodation in either classroom-style lodging or their own tent. Classroom accommodation provides a simple sleeping space; participants are required to bring their own sleeping mat and bedding. Camping in your own tent is also permitted on the hotel grounds.

If you have purchased a meal package but have not indicated that you will be staying in classroom or tent accommodation, please inform the hotel reception.

Meals will be served on the second floor of the hotel’s restaurant to participants who have pre-booked accommodation or purchased a meal package. Individual meals will not be available for purchase during the event.

You are welcome to attend the event even if you have not registered in advance. However, meals are available only to participants who have pre-booked accommodation or purchased a meal package.

A kiosk in the hotel lobby will be open throughout the event, offering light snacks, coffee, and other beverages.

The hotel’s à la carte restaurant, Furu, is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Please note: Bringing your own food onto the hotel premises is not permitted, with the exception of baby food.

Parking: Please remember to have your parking ticket validated at registration. Validation is valid for the duration of the event.
