VENUE, ACCOMODATION, AND DINING

Located by the sea in Eastern Helsinki, Hotel Rantapuisto (Furuborginkatu 3, 00980 Helsinki) offers a peaceful setting for Summer Days 2025. Conference guests can stay in double hotel rooms, which include bed linens, towels, and an optional extra bed for a child.

NOTE! Hotel rooms are limited and will be allocated in the order of registration.

As a more affordable option, participants who purchase a meal package (details below) can choose classroom or tent accommodation. The classroom option provides a simple sleeping space, but guests must bring their own mattress and bedding. Guests may also camp in their own tents on the hotel grounds.

Meals will be served in the hotel restaurant for participants who have pre-booked accommodation or a meal package. Individual meals will not be available for purchase during the event. There is also a kiosk in the hotel lobby offering snacks, coffee, and other beverages, which will be open throughout the event.

NOTE! Bringing your own food or drinks to the area is not allowed (except for baby food).

Parking at the hotel is free for guests who purchase an accommodation or meal package.

REGISTRATION

Register for Summer Days 2026 using this form by June 22, 2026. If you register by May 3, 2026, you will receive a €10 discount on the package price.

Payments are made by invoice. During the spring, there will also be an option to register and pay in person at Helsinki church’s Sunday services.

For participants living outside Finland, a payment link will be emailed, and payment can be made by credit or debit card.
