Welcome to Kiljava July 12th to 14th! Our main speaker is pastor Thomas Schaller from Baltimore, he is also the founder and the first pastor of The Bible Speaks Church in Helsinki.

Location and accommodation

The venue for Summer Days 2024 is the wonderful Hotel Kiljava, a perfect place to enjoy Finnish summer. This hotel is situated by a lake and surrounded by nature. You can lodge in Hotel Kiljava (Kotorannantie 49, 05250 Kiljava, https://hotelkiljava.fi/en/ ) in rooms for double occupancy. Amenities include bedding, towels and extra mattresses for children if needed. A more affordable option is the dormitory accommodation in classrooms, where you can sleep on a mattress provided by the hotel, in your own sleeping bag. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel cafeteria are included in the price when you register for full board or dormitory accommodation.

There are also other accomodation options nearby, for example in Hyvinkää.

Accommodation Thu-Fri

For those who want, there is accommodation available for Thu-Fri night as well. Please book your rooms and pay directly through the Kiljava Resort (phone: 0800 304 444, sales@hotelkiljava.fi). While booking, mention that you are attending the Raamattu Puhuu Summer Days.

Summer Days for Kids

There is fun organized program during morning and afternoon sessions for children ages 3-12. Before the afternoon session, there are also snacks available.

Please register your children with a separate form. With the same form you can also register yourself to be a counselor. Counselors without their own children in the program, get a 10€ discount for the event.

Transportation

The church will hire a charter bus from Helsinki to Kiljava on Friday, and a return trip on Sunday. The exact departure location and time will be announced later. You may sign up for the transportation while registering for the conference. Your reservation is binding.

Children (4-14 yo) – 17€

We are looking forward to receiving guests from all around the world. If you are planning on attending the Summer Days and you need an official invitation letter for your visa application, we kindly ask you to contact the church office as soon as possible.
